Kirill Lebedev is a Ph. D. in economics degree, an IFS expert in gas producing, gas processing and machine-building industries and high-tech engineering. Mr. Levedev's responsibilities range from market analysis to creation of models for the industry development, surveys of key events in the industry and working out recommendations for industrial policy.

His research interests embrace science-intensive and high-tech engineering-based economic development, financial provision and working out strategies to investment attraction.

After graduating from the State Academic University of the Humanities he won admission to the PG Course in the Institute of Economic Forecasting (IEF of the RAS) where he started working on dissertation. After leaving the PG Course he continued the dissertation research in the Institute for Financial Studies. Then he defended the dissertation in the Central Economic-Mathematical Institute (CEMI of the RAS).

The results of his research have been discussed at seven international conferences and Russian nationwide symposia as well as presented in thirteen scientific reports.

Mr. Lebedev has been awarded the Federal Financial Markets Service certificate of financial market expert in broker and dealer activities, securities management, investment funds, mutual funds and non-governmental investment funds management.

Mr. Lebedev is fond of traveling and photography.
